Welcome to Ghilu BD. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Scope of Services

Ghilu BD provides e-commerce web architecture, custom WooCommerce/Laravel development, Meta & TikTok CAPI setup, server hosting, and business growth consultancy. Deliverables are defined in the agreed project scope.

2. Payment & Billing

  • Development Projects: Require an upfront deposit (50%) to initiate execution, with the remaining balance due prior to final project handoff.

  • Hosting & Domain Renewals: Billed annually. Renewal notices are dispatched via email. Payments must be completed on or before the due date to avoid service suspension.

  • Price Adjustments: Third-party cloud infrastructure and domain registry costs are subject to periodic price adjustments driven by USD exchange rates and supplier fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, assets (logos, content, media), and valid technical credentials required for execution. Delays caused by pending client inputs will extend delivery timelines accordingly.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon 100% payment completion, the client receives full ownership of the final customized website and brand assets created specifically for their project. Ghilu BD retains ownership of core agency frameworks.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ghilu BD is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform policy changes (e.g., Meta ad account suspensions, API alterations) or upstream infrastructure downtime beyond our direct operational control.

Ghilu BD-এর সেবা গ্রহণ বা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে নিচের শর্তাবলী প্রযোজ্য হবে:

১. সেবার পরিধি

Ghilu BD ই-কমার্স ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্ট (WooCommerce/Laravel), মেটা ও টিকটক CAPI সেটআপ, ওয়েব হোস্টিং এবং বিজনেসের গ্রোথ কনসালটেন্সি প্রদান করে। প্রজেক্টের কাজের পরিধি চুক্তির সময় নির্ধারণ করা হয়।

২. পেমেন্ট ও বিলিং

  • ডেভেলপমেন্ট প্রজেক্ট: কাজ শুরু করার জন্য ৫০% অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট বাধ্যতামূলক এবং প্রজেক্ট হ্যান্ডঅফের পূর্বে অবশিষ্ট পেমেন্ট পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

  • হোস্টিং ও ডোমেইন রেন্যুয়াল: বার্ষিক ভিত্তিতে বিল করা হয়। বকেয়া পরিশোধ না করলে সার্ভার সাময়িক স্থগিত হতে পারে।

  • মূল্য সংশোধন: ডলারের বিনিময় হার ও আন্তর্জাতিক ক্লাউড সার্ভার খরচ বৃদ্ধির কারণে রেন্যুয়াল ফি পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৩. ক্লায়েন্টের দায়িত্ব

প্রজেক্ট দ্রুত সম্পন্ন করতে ক্লায়েন্টকে সময়মতো প্রয়োজনীয় ফাইল (লোগো, প্রোডাক্ট কন্টেন্ট) এবং কারিগরি অ্যাক্সেস প্রদান করতে হবে।

৪. মেধা স্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)

সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট পরিশোধের পর প্রজেক্টের ওয়েবসাইট ও কাস্টম অ্যাসেটের সম্পূর্ণ মালিকানা ক্লায়েন্টের হবে।

৫. সীমাবদ্ধতা

তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্ল্যাটফর্মের নিয়ম পরিবর্তন (যেমন: ফেসবুক এড অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিজেবল হওয়া) বা আন্তর্জাতিক সার্ভার সংক্রান্ত ঝামেলার কারণে হওয়া কোনো ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতির দায় Ghilu BD বহন করবে না।
