1. Custom Development & Strategy
Initial Deposit: Once project analysis, design, or development work has begun, the initial advance payment is non-refundable as it covers allocated labor and technical resources.
Revision Scope: We provide revision rounds within the agreed project brief to ensure output satisfaction before final delivery.
2. Domain Registration & Web Hosting
Domain Registration: Domain purchases are immediately processed with international registries and are strictly non-refundable.
Web Hosting: If unresolved critical technical errors occur on a newly activated server within the first 7 days, a partial hosting refund (excluding setup fees) may be requested. Annual hosting renewals are non-refundable once activated.
3. Requesting Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be formally submitted with invoice details via info@ghilubd.com or official WhatsApp.

অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট: প্রজেক্টের অ্যানালাইসিস বা ডেভেলপমেন্ট কাজ শুরু হয়ে গেলে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট অফেরতযোগ্য (Non-refundable)।
রিভিশন: প্রজেক্ট ডেলিভারির পূর্বে চুক্তিকৃত স্কোপ অনুযায়ী রিভিশন সুবিধা প্রদান করা হয়।
২. ডোমেইন ও হোস্টিং
ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন: ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন ও রেন্যুয়াল ফি ১০০% অফেরতযোগ্য।
হোস্টিং সার্ভিস: নতুন হোস্টিং অ্যাক্টিভেশনের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে কোনো সমাধান অযোগ্য কারিগরি ত্রুটি থাকলে সেটআপ ফি বাদ দিয়ে আংশিক রিফান্ড পাওয়া যাবে। রেন্যুয়াল ফি অফেরতযোগ্য।
